  The servers are great and friendly. The food is consistent with what I expect of IHOP.
  
  That said, why does the basic cold brew coffee come sweetened. Some may like but it just tasted like a bottled Frappuccino. Blech. I like cold brew coffee with cream. If I wanted sugar, I would have ordered a syrup or added some. I won't be ordering an IHOP cold brew again.

  All staff was very kind, but I am tired of receiving a small pancake plate that barely fits the pancake. I get it that you are trying to keep people from using too much syrup, but as a person that doesn't use much syrup,  this is still annoying.
  
  I shouldn't have to be so careful eating my pancake so the syrup doesn't spill over.
  
  STOP.

  Usually this is the IHOP my best friend and I go to when we're craving pancakes or just want to come for dinner.
  Today we came in for breakfast and literally it was the worst experience I ever had here.
  My cup of water had lipstick marks on it that were not mine. (because I wasn't wearing any lipstick) I asked for a new cup and it was never brought until I asked again for it waaay later because the waitress just wouldn't check on us. She checked on us once. I also asked for more iced coffee and there was no coffee in it, it was just the mocha syrup they use, the taste was so strong and gross. Our food wasn't hot like it should have been either. Our table was small and we had several plates, the waitress saw that we had plates to be removed and didn't even take any of the plates and just left them at our table. She really didn't check on us more than once. Then we waited so long to get our check and I had to wait for a different waitress to give us to go boxes because the one we had again, wouldn't check on us. The other waitress was great. So nice. We asked her to get to go boxes and she was super nice about it and we got them quick. Wish I would have seen her name to tell it. She was the only nice experience we had.
  
  Sucks to say but we're not sure that we'll be coming back to this IHOP.

  We were here at a slow time, took forever for our waitress to come to our table.  She messed up our order and never returned to our table.  We had to hunt her down for refills and our ticket.  The country omelet was full of onions and not very good.  Will not be back, poor management!

  First and last time here.  The hostess sat me down at the table.  After sitting there for 20 minutes not a single person showed up to take my order or even offered to start me off with anything to drink.  They were not busy at all that's the crazy part.  What a BIG BIG DISAPPOINTMENT!  I had to get up and leave after sitting there for over 20mins and no service. Terrible!
